The Annual General Meeting of The Miniature Schnauzer Club

will take place on Sunday 27^th January 2019 at 10.30am

at Cross Roads Hotel, Weedon NN7 4PX

The annual general meeting of the Miniature Schnauzer Club will take place on Sunday 27^th January 2019.

The treasurer, secretary and two committee (Ann Reeve, Len Anness) retire and offer themselves for re-election.

Nominations for any of the posts (secretary, treasurer and committee) are welcome, they must be proposed and seconded by fully paid up members with the written consent of the nominee. The nominee must have been a fully paid up member of The Miniature Schnauzer Club for three consecutive years.

All nominations and items for the agenda must be with the Secretary six weeks prior to the date of the AGM ( Sunday 16^th December 2018)

(only fully paid up members may vote, please check your membership payment and that you are a current member).

All ballot papers are to be sent to the Kennel Club, full instructions will be supplied with the ballot paper(s)

please note should there be less than two nominations

for the same post then ballot papers will not be sent
